I called chase bank and spoke to a supervisor who informed me that this is a company who registered in various states as "Chase International". Clearly, the are not Chase Bank but use Chase in their BS. The supervisor told me that they are indeed a phishing outfit and have pretend to be debt consolidators. This number calls repeatedly and we are on the do not call list! I don't know who they are but they need to stop! You register on the do not call list and it doesn't do a bit of good.

Received a call from this number, they called me "Francia" and told me to call for my free $200 Walmart Gift Certificate. Sounds like a scam.
